Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly to roadside assistance calls, assessing vehicle issues on-site with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Perform repairs such as tire changes, battery jumps, lockouts, fuel deliveries, minor mechanical fixes using appropriate tools
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and an battery tester to diagnose electrical/battery problems
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed during roadside repairs to protect yourself and customers

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle repair or maintenance
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools
• Familiarity with vehicle systems including batteries, tires, locked vehicle doors
• Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently and safely under varying conditions
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportaton
• Prior experience working with vehicle maintenance or roadside assistance is preferred but not required
