Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager at Belmont University in Nashville, TN, to lead a team of highly motivated staff while delivering exceptional food-focused hospitality and service as its core mission, as a leader of outstanding customer service, and with a desire to provide detail-oriented dining experiences.
What You’ll Do
Ensure a zero-harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.
Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation, including branded concepts, ensuring employees have appropriate equipment, supplies, and resources.
Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.
Maintains client satisfaction with food quality & customer service.
Accountable for delivering service quality by maintaining the highest standards.
Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement – Associate’s Degreeor equivalent experience
MinimumManagement Experience – 2 years
MinimumFunctional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
