Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with rental inquiries, ensuring a positive first impression
• Ensuring a smooth check in and out rental process from start to finish from when the customer enters.
• Manage rental agreements, including processing applications, payments, and returns with precision
• Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent data entry and inventory management practices
• Promote rental products and services through effective communication and public speaking skills
• Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about rentals, pricing, and availability
• Conduct regular inventory control checks to prevent discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy
• Support marketing efforts by explaining features and benefits of rental options to customers
• Collaborate with team members to organize front desk operations and streamline administrative tasks
• Ensure all rental transactions comply with company policies and procedures

REQUIRED – Must be 21 YEARS OF AGE with a VALID DRIVER LICENSE.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, customer service or administrative roles, preferably within a rental or retail environment is preferred but willing to train the correct person for the role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and computers.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and control
• Ability to handle public speaking engagements confidently and professionally
• Knowledge of retail math for calculating prices, discounts, and totals effectively
• Exceptional phone etiquette combined with outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a busy setting
