Role Description

We’re looking for a charismatic, organized, and proactive Renewals Sales Representative to focus exclusively on retaining and growing our existing client base. This is a customer success–driven sales role focused on:

• Proactive outreach to clients 6 months prior to contract expiration via phone and email.
• Managing and optimizing renewal and upsell processes within our CRM (HubSpot).
• Building automated outreach sequences and cadences to maximize renewal rates.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years of sales or customer success experience (SaaS, IT, telecom or related fields a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced, lightly structured environment.
• Charismatic and customer-facing, comfortable managing conversations and building rapport over phone and email.
• Optional but beneficial: Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesloft, or other sales engagement tools.
• A drive to grow with our company, with opportunities to move into leadership roles as the business scales.
