What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Receive inbound and perform outbound calls based on department needs
• Follow structured workflows and apply step-by-step instructions during live calls
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot billing, reporting, and product issues for clients
• Document interactions accurately and partner with internal teams to resolve escalated issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must have your own equipment, including a computer and reliable internet connection
• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Background in financial services, banking support, or compliance-heavy call centers preferred
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems quickly

• Experience in healthcare insurance processing, QA/auditing, or data entry
• Ability to work accurately in fast-paced environments
