As the Regional Sales Manager – Compressor Valves Sales Representative, you will take a pivotal role in driving the sales performance and market penetration of our compressor valve product line across your designated territory. Reporting directly to the Director of North American Sales, your responsibilities encompass the end-to-end management of the sales cycle, from identifying prospective clients to closing deals and fostering long-term relationships that support sustainable business growth.
In this role, you will focus on key segments within the Oil and Gas industry-specifically upstream, midstream, and downstream areas-while also targeting strategic sectors such as Rental Compression Companies and Packagers. Your mission is to create tailored sales strategies that resonate with market demands, enabling you to surpass revenue objectives and solidify our market share.
This role requires an individual with a strategic mindset, excellent sales acumen, and a passion for building lasting client partnerships in a technically complex and competitive marketplace. Your success will contribute directly to our company’s growth trajectory and reputation as a leader in Compressor Valve solutions.
