The Recruiter Part-Time role is one that must thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. This role manages a high-volume pipeline of candidates for field-based roles across multiple markets. Success in this role requires urgency, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly identify and move qualified candidates through the hiring process.

Education Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred1-2 years of recruiting, sales, customer service, or high-volume phone-based experience preferred
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of computers, including Internet, e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) abilities.
Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
