About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter / HR Generalist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for all positions within our company, ensuring the acquisition of top talent aligned with our organizational goals. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive HR support to our team, including onboarding, employee relations, policy guidance, and maintaining accurate employee records. Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions
• Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools, including social media platforms and job boards
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Knowledge of the sports industry and a passion for sports is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices
• Conduct reference and background checks for potential candidates
• Maintain and update job descriptions and postings on the company website and external job boards
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract diverse talent
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees regarding policies, procedures, and best practices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with performance management processes and employee relations issues as needed
• Stay informed on HR trends, employment laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
