2. About the Opportunity:
The Project Operations Coordinator serves as the operational backbone for a portfolio of home modification projects within a designated region. This role ensures projects progress smoothly from referral through completion by managing communications, coordinating with service providers, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering a high-quality client experience. It is well suited for candidates with construction or project coordination experience who can thrive in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment and support the mission of enhancing home safety and accessibility.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day coordination of home modification projects, tracking status from authorization to closeout
• Collaborate with the Regional Project Manager to prioritize workload, identify risks, and ensure timely project completion
• Schedule and coordinate site visits, installations, and inspections with service providers and clients
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, vendor delays, or scope changes, escalating when necessary
• Act as primary contact for clients and service providers, communicating clearly via phone and written correspondence
• Set and manage client expectations regarding timelines, steps, and plan changes
• Build and maintain relationships with regional service providers, coordinating logistics and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality
• Document all key communications and interactions in Salesforce
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project paperwork
• Submit documentation on time according to program and payer requirements
• Conduct quality checks to reduce errors and rework
• Participate in process improvements to reduce administrative friction
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, construction management, field operations, or related roles
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, or subcontractors in construction or trades environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences including clients and internal teams
• High attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working remotely using technology such as Salesforce
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for onsite visits and company events
Preferred:
• Experience in residential construction, home remodeling, accessibility modifications, or related trades
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Spanish language skills are a plus
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Compensation range: $65,000-$75,000 per year
