Project Manager (Remote) Full Time NEW

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Project Manager to join our team and lead client-facing and internal projects from initiation to completion. In this role, you will define project scope, create and manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones using project management tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage client expectations, scope changes, and escalations professionally.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure project alignment.
• Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management, program management, or related role is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, executives, and team members.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and drive accountability.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of project budgeting, resource allocation, and cost tracking.
