Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers with daily project coordination and execution
• Maintain and track critical project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders)
• Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
• Assist with job cost tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and budget updates
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate financial tracking
• Track equipment and material deliveries to support field operations
• Support project closeout documentation and reporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 2–5 years of project coordination or administrative experience in construction
• Experience in electrical contracting, utility construction, or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore or similar)
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout processes
• Understanding of job cost tracking and basic construction financials
