Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an On-Site Coordinator based in New York, NY. The On-Site Coordinator will manage and oversee transportation logistics, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely operations. Responsibilities include coordinating drivers and vehicles, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, and addressing any on-site issues. The role also involves monitoring compliance with company standards and regulatory protocols and ensuring an exceptional experience for clients during their transportation services.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics coordination and transportation management
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking capabilities to manage on-site operations efficiently
- Knowledge of Covid-19 compliance protocols and standards
- Proficiency in scheduling, planning, and managing resources
- Experience in hospitality, event coordination, or a similar industry is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- A valid driver’s license may be required
