Program Manager (director level) Consultant Full Time

• Lead and oversee the execution of multiple programs throughout the full project life cycle within a large, international bank.
• Collaborate across various functions and legal entities to organize and manage comprehensive project efforts, leveraging deep understanding of requirements, technologies, business strategy, and cross-functional impacts.
• Manage program reporting, including weekly status updates, RAID log maintenance, and facilitation of daily/weekly working groups to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide regular updates and information sharing with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Supervise program and project resources, including oversight of 3rd party providers.
• Utilize extensive experience (10+ years) and strong track record in program management within the financial sector, especially at large, complex institutions.
• Demonstrate solid stakeholder management skills, especially in multi-functional environments.
• Apply expertise in project management methodologies and tools to drive program success.
