Position: Production Data Analyst
Compensation: $72,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Analyze production specifications to optimize manufacturing processes
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on various factors
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely material availability
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Prepare detailed reports on production performance and costs
- Identify and resolve operational issues impacting timelines
- Forecast production costs and conduct cost-benefit analyses
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2-3 years of data analytics experience
- 2-3 years in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics position
- Proficiency in production planning software like SAP, Oracle, Excel
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms like PowerBI
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with capacity planning and removing bottlenecks
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Made2Manage
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
- Manufacturing experience in similar industries
