Job Summary
Replications Unlimited is seeking a hands-on Product Repair & QC Lead to oversee product inspection, repair, finishing, and final quality control of our faux stone, brick, wood, and specialty panel systems. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products leaving our facility meet company standards for appearance, durability, packaging, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, mechanically inclined, and capable of leading daily repair and quality control operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished products for defects, damage, color consistency, and overall quality
• Perform cosmetic and structural repairs on faux stone, brick, wood, and specialty panel products using sculpting epoxy and other materials
• Lead and coordinate daily QC and repair workflow within the production department
• Identify recurring production issues and communicate findings to management and production teams
• Ensure repaired products meet company appearance and durability standards before passing to next department
• Monitor and maintain quality standards across multiple product lines
• Document defects, repairs, and quality trends for internal tracking
• Train and guide team members on repair methods, finishing techniques, and quality expectations
• Maintain repair materials, tools, coatings, and inventory used in QC operations
• Help improve repair efficiency and reduce product waste
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Move product throughout production facility as needed

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, finishing, repair, or quality control experience preferred
• Forklift Certification
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual inconsistencies
• Ability to use hand tools, grinders, sanders, spray equipment, and repair materials
• Basic leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move panels and materials as needed
• Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Experience in Autobody work is transferrable skill set.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
