DIRECTOR OF PARTNERSHIPS & GROWTH (REMOTE)

We are hiring a Director of Partnerships & Growth to help support business development, partnerships, outreach, and strategic growth as we launch a one-of-a-kind mobile production company.

This is a freelance/contract remote position with necessary travel throughout the year. We are a fast-paced startup operating in live events and production environments, so flexibility, communication, and the ability to adapt quickly are critical.

We are building out our core staff and looking for someone eager to help grow something long-term from the ground up.

This is not a traditional corporate sales position. We are looking for someone who can help create opportunities, build relationships, and support the bigger-picture growth of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and identify new business opportunities
• Develop and organize outreach pipelines
• Coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and meetings
• Help build and continue relationships with networks, universities, brands, agencies, leagues, production companies, and strategic partners
• Support long-term growth initiatives and company expansion
• Attend industry events, activations, meetings, and networking opportunities
• Assist with strategic projects and operational support as the company scales
• Maintain organized notes, lead tracking, and communication follow-ups
• Help move conversations and opportunities forward

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Brand/client partnerships

• Sports, media, entertainment, or live event industries

• Understanding of content production, media production, or live event environments

• Business development or outreach experience

• Startup or fast-paced work environments

• Lead tracking, relationship management, or outreach organization

• LinkedIn outreach and professional communication

• Existing industry relationships or networking experience

• Production, agency, or event operations exposure

COMPENSATION

• Monthly base depending on experience
• Commission on sourced contracts
• Travel, hotels, and per diem covered for work-related travel
