We specialize in premium digital graphics for signs, banners, vehicle wraps, trade show displays, and more.
The Position
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of the large format printing department, including printing, design, file set up and inventory. The ideal candidate will be motivated, with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Our operation includes solvent and UV hybrid large format printers, laminator, CNC router, and vinyl plotter.
The Production Manager must have a strong hands-on, production-oriented mentality and understand the importance of production in a time-sensitive environment. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards while managing staff, equipment, and workflow efficiency.
They must be able to multi-task and handle daily completion pressures. Strong organizational skills and an efficiency mind-set are a must with the ability to meet daily work quotas to ensure rapid production of finished products. A customer service first personality is also a must. Graphic design skills required.
