What You’ll Do

• Service and maintain pools to ensure clean, safe, and balanced water conditions
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pool equipment
• Diagnose leaks and identify larger repair needs
• Perform seasonal services (openings, closings, winterizations)
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal team
• Maintain accurate service records (logs, photos, notes)
• Keep your vehicle and equipment clean and organized
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on pool service experience for service techs
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry and pool systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
