Job Overview

Lion Plumbing Med, LLC is seeking motivated and dependable Plumbers and Plumber Assistants to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial, medical, hospital, and construction plumbing projects throughout South Florida. In this role, you will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the plumbing industry.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, valves, drains, and equipment.
• Assist with commercial, medical, hospital, and construction plumbing projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings (preferred but not required).
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing machinery safely and effectively.
• Perform pipe cutting, fitting, assembly, and installation.
• Assist with welding, soldering, brazing, and other tasks related to plumbing system installation.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform repairs efficiently.
• Follow all OSHA, hospital, and jobsite safety requirements.
• Safely lift, transport, and install plumbing materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, foremen, and fellow tradespeople to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing, construction, mechanical, or trade experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems is a plus.
• Experience working in hospitals, healthcare facilities, or construction environments is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver’s license needed.
• Experience operating company vehicles, trucks, or vans is a plus.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available
• On-call

Work Location:
South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties)
