We are now expanding into healthcare and want to deeply understand the buyer perspective from someone who has lived inside a US health system.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Someone with 10+ years in buyer-side roles at a US health system, specifically in one of these functions:
• VP or Director of Patient Experience
• Chief Experience Officer (CXO)
• Quality and Safety leadership
• Service Excellence or Patient Engagement
• Chief Nursing Officer or VP of Workforce Strategy (for staff experience and burnout angle)
• VP of Population Health or Chronic Care
Health systems you might have worked at: HCA Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, Mass General Brigham, Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, UPMC, Ascension, NYU Langone Health, Northwestern Medicine, CommonSpirit Health, or other top-50 US systems.
WHAT YOU WOULD HELP US WITH
• 6 to 10 hours per month for an initial 3 months
• Honest feedback on whether Cookiy’s voice AI qualitative research platform fits your former Patient Experience workflow
• Insights on how HCAHPS and patient feedback budgets get allocated (and who actually signs SOWs)
• Where Press Ganey, Medallia, NRC Health, and Qualtrics win, and where they leave qualitative gaps
• 3 to 5 warm introductions to PX leaders in your network
• Optional longer-term advisor relationship if there is mutual fit
WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR
• A consultant who will pitch us their consulting practice
• Someone who has not actually owned an HCAHPS line in a hospital
• A vendor sales rep from a competing PX platform
COMPENSATION
Advisor-grade equity (4-year vest) plus a modest monthly retainer. Transparent terms discussed during our first conversation.

This is a fully remote, US-based, part-time or contractor role.
