Summary
Detail-oriented with experience supporting Health Information Management (HIM) operations, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards. Skilled in electronic health record (EHR) systems, release-of-information workflows, and administrative coordination in fast-paced clinical environments.
Education And/Or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Prior experience or training in a medical records position preferred.
