Painter/General Laborer Full Time NEW

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and construction, with the ability to work on various projects, including commercial and residential properties. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members on construction sites.

Duties

• Perform commercial painting tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes on surfaces.
• Install fixtures as needed, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Execute concrete finishing tasks, contributing to the overall aesthetics and durability of projects.
• Utilize airless paint spraying techniques for efficient application of paint.
• Participate in construction site activities, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members on project planning.
• Apply basic math skills for accurate measurements and material calculations.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 LBS.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must pass back ground check.
• Active Drivers License and reliable transportation to and from shop location.
• Experience in commercial painting and/or construction labor.
• Basic math skills essential for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to operate airless paint spraying equipment effectively.
• Experience in frame carpentry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety regulations.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on delivering quality results.
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.

We have two shop locations, one in Tumwater and one in Shelton. We are hiring for each location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
