Full Job Description
We are seeking a new employee to sand and prepare motorcycle parts for paint in our production shop. This role involves hands-on sanding and prep work for most of the day and requires strong attention to detail.
Our ideal candidate will be comfortable with or willing to learn to:
- Sand and prep fiberglass motorcycle parts to a paint-ready finish
- Sand edges, smooth surfaces, and remove imperfections
- Use hand tools, cutoff wheels, and grinders as needed
- Follow detailed prep processes using various sandpapers and materials
- Work in a controlled, dusty environment with provided PPE

We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, is reliable, and can make a positive influence within our team.

This is a full-time position. Hours are Mon – Fri from 8am to 5pm. No Saturdays, no weekends, no holidays.
Pay rate ranges from $18-$24 per hour depending on experience. A higher rate is available for the right candidate with the right experience.
Paid holidays and company sponsored healthcare are available after 90 days. Paid time off is available after 1-year.
