Shift: Day
Working Hours: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm
Summary:
The Intake Coordinator coordinates and oversees all areas of the PACE Intake Process, including initial enrollment, recertifications, and disenrollments. Assists the Marketing Coordinator in Community Outreach when requested. Serves on Internal Committees when appointed. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in the Complete Health with PACE mission and values.
Other Information:
Bachelors Degree preferred but NOT required. One year experience in Intake and/or Marketing preferred. Ability to work independently with strong professional, organizational and interpersonal skills. Possess good excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrates the ability to manage priorities and maintain follow up. An understanding of long term care, Medicaid benefits and/or insurance coverage practices preferred. Ability to lead and motivate individuals and groups toward the accomplishment of organizational goals. Excellent computer skills required. Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications such as Google, word, excel and powerpoint with experience in database systems. Must be medically cleared of communicable diseases and up to date with immunizations.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
