Role Summary
We’re looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead content and creator strategy across three growing brands in the fertility space: Spring Fertility, Open Fertility, and Nest Donor Bank.
This role is for someone who understands how to build community and drive measurable growth, not just post content. You’ll own day-to-day social strategy, manage influencer partnerships from outreach to reporting, and translate brand priorities into thoughtful, high-performing campaigns across platforms.

This is a full-time, exempt role based in New York City. The position follows an onsite work schedule, with some travel expected.
Compensation
The starting salary range for this role is $75,000-$110,000 annually. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
