Job Summary

Performs and oversees various administrative functions within a department including but not limited to; Office facilities and equipment management. Administer or support accounting processes. Support HR activities, database / system administration task.

Job Description

• Plans and coordinates office-wide facilities maintenance, space planning, moves, equipment installations, and other events or projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitors inventory and places orders for office equipment, supplies, or provisions.
• Manages or administers accounting processes including budgeting, invoice processing, employee expense reports, reimbursements, petty cash, and time tracking.
• May support HR activities or initiatives with employee onboarding and interview coordination, and training.
• Performs company database or system administration tasks, including data input, reporting, user support, and upgrades.
• Resolves day-to-day problems and coordinates with stakeholders to obtain solutions
• Provides comprehensive operational, administrative, and programmatic support for the Center for STEM Learning and the Duff Center.
• Oversees daily office and facility operations, including space planning, maintenance coordination, inventory management, and resource allocation within the Duff Center.
• Supports financial and administrative processes such as budgeting, purchasing, invoice processing, expense reconciliation, P Card documentation, and reporting.
• Assists with the planning and execution of projects, programs, meetings, and events that support the center’s mission and strategic goals.
• Develops and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and organizational effectiveness.
• Supports the center’s academic, research, and outreach objectives through proactive problem-solving, resource stewardship, process improvement, and organizational leadership.

Job Responsibilities

Compensation

$42,640.00 – $63,980.80
