Role Description

This full-time remote position as the Director of Customer Operations involves overseeing day-to-day operations to enhance customer satisfaction and experience. The role includes managing customer service strategies, streamlining operational processes, analyzing customer feedback, and developing solutions to improve operational efficiency. The Director will collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and ensure excellent service delivery to clients across various regions.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in managerial roles within the banking or financial sector is highly preferred.
