Pay & Incentives

• Average weekly earnings: $1,200 – $1,400
• Estimated annual: $62,400 – $72,800
• Average miles: 1,800 – 2,200 per week
• Stop pay: $15 per stop
• Short-haul bonus: $40 (under 100 miles)
• Transition bonus: Up to $1,500 (paid in increments)

Responsibilities

• Run assigned regional routes safely and efficiently
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Track routes and hours using ELD systems
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations
• Communicate with dispatch for load coordination

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years or older
• No experience required (entry-level drivers welcome)
• Able to pass hair follicle drug screening
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
