Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and custom nail art with precision and creativity
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements based on their style and needs
• Stay current on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and techniques to offer innovative services that delight clients
• Upsell additional services like body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
• Manage retail sales of nail products and accessories while demonstrating excellent communication skills to educate clients about their options
• Assist with maintaining appointment schedules and managing retail inventory efficiently using retail math skills

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care or related specialties
• Proven experience in providing high-quality nail services with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe, hygienic workspace
• Familiarity with color theory for creating appealing nail designs that complement skin tones and personal styles
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients to understand their preferences and deliver personalized service
• Strong retail sales skills combined with upselling techniques to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities
