We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist to provide exceptional inpatient care in Great Barrington, MA. This position offers the flexibility to choose between Day or Evening shifts, with a very low patient volume ensuring a manageable workload and personalized patient attention.
Responsibilities Include
- Providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of hospitalized patients
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as necessary
- Ensuring accurate documentation and communication with outpatient providers
- Participating in hospital quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
