Assists in preparing deferral offers, arraignment letters, and/or other court documents. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.High School Diploma or equivalent, and one year customer service/cash handling experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License. Must obtain Level I Court Clerk Certification within first 18 months of hire.Work is performed in a municipal court environment. May be exposed to potentially irate members of the public, depending on area of assignment. Subject to sitting for extended periods of time, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting of objects up to 10 pounds. Exposure to infectious diseases and interaction with potentially irate members of the public is involved.
