Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, processing, and filing of motor vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation with state agencies to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Verify all billing information for vehicle sales, trade-ins, and service transactions, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and record keeping.
• Coordinate with sales teams to confirm that all paperwork aligns with dealership policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain organized records of all titles, registration documents, billing statements, and related correspondence for audit readiness.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking vehicle status updates and ensuring proper documentation for each sale or transfer.
• Communicate effectively with customers, lenders, insurance companies, and government agencies to resolve any title or billing discrepancies promptly.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document scanning, and phone etiquette to provide excellent customer service.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in handling legal documents and financial records.

• Prior experience in dealership operations or automotive administration is highly preferred.
