Marketing Operations Associate Full Time

The Role

• Manage marketing compliance submissions end-to-end, tracking status and implementing changes
• Review outgoing marketing content for compliance, brand consistency, and accuracy
• Maintain organized records of all compliance submissions and approval history
• Own the Marketing Queue, including intake, timeline assignment, and status updates
• Act as the department’s primary point of contact for inquiries and provide support to financial advisors
• Support the ongoing progress of all departmental projects and assist with coordinating events

What You’ll Need

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal clients
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to build systems and document steps
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, compliance support, or project coordination role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or ticketing systems preferred
