Base Salary – Unlimited Commission – Car Allowance

Olsten Staffing , a well-established, thriving staffing service that has proudly served Florence, South Carolina for over 40 years , is seeking a Market Development Representative / Account Representative to help expand our footprint and strengthen client partnerships.

What You’ll Do
Develop new business relationships with local employers and decision-makers
Promote customized staffing solutions across a variety of industries
Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for expansion
Conduct in-person and virtual sales calls within your territory
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and delivering workforce solutions
Collaborate closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, account management, or business development (B2B or staffing preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Valid driver’s license and comfort with local travel
4 year Bachelor’s degree

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the @type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
