A leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing professional to join their team. As a Manufacturing team member, you will be an integral part of the production process supporting the company’s operational goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing
Location: WAYNESVILLE, NC
Pay Range: 17.75-19.75
Shift: 1st or 2nd
What’s the Job?
Operate manufacturing and repackaging machinery efficiently and safely
Follow detailed instructions and quality standards to ensure product consistency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report any malfunctions
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability for heavy lifting/ following directions
Willingness to follow safety procedures and guidelines
