Manufacturing Operations Manager Full Time NEW

We’re hiring a Manufacturing Operations Manager to scale global manufacturing for next‑generation hardware, owning supplier execution, production quality, and cost from early builds through repeatable, high‑reliability production.

**This role is 100% remote. Sponsorship is not available.**

Eligible candidates must have:

• 5+ years owning global contract manufacturing for complex hardware
• Full accountability for supplier quality, NCRs, and corrective actions
• Proven effectiveness managing suppliers across significant time‑zone gaps
• Deep understanding of manufacturing costs and supplier negotiations
• Built operational processes from scratch in fast‑moving startup environments

Nice‑to‑haves (not required):

• Experience with precision CNC machining or another cutting-edge manufacturing method
