Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics / Order Tracking Coordinator to support our daily shipment operations. This role focuses on monitoring orders, updating tracking information, and ensuring timely delivery communication with clients and carriers.

This is an entry-level position with flexible training provided. No prior degree or specialized experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and monitor shipments using internal systems and carrier websites
• Update order statuses and maintain accurate tracking records
• Communicate with carriers regarding delays, delivery updates, or issues
• Notify customers about shipment status and expected delivery timelines
• Assist with basic documentation and order verification
• Escalate delivery issues when necessary
• Maintain organized logs of shipments and tracking activity

Requirements

• No formal education required
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, web browsing)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written communication skills
• Reliable internet connection

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or logistics
• Familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS websites)

Pay: $22.08 – $24.21 per hour
