Load Coordinator (Full-Time)
About the Role:
Are you highly organized, good at solving, and enjoy working with people? We’re looking for a Load Coordinator to join our Operations team!
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly. No prior transportation experience required. We’ll teach you what you need to know.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and coordinate daily workloads to keep operations moving smoothly.
- Communicate with internal teams and customers to solve scheduling needs.
- Review incoming requests and make sure details are correct and complete.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization.
- Monitor schedules and quickly resolve last-minute changes or challenges.
- Work closely with multiple departments to support customer solutions.
