Our client is looking to add an experienced Litigation Assistant to add to their well-established team. Position is open due to company growth!

Responsibilities will include –
- Drafting, formatting and editing legal correspondence
- Preparing and managing contracts, filing and formatting briefs, motions, and discoveries
- Maintaining client files and working within document management system
- Preparing attorney billing documents
- Scheduling appointments, meetings and court dates
- Client and vendor contact
Candidates must possess solid legal experience, advanced Microsoft Suite, outstanding communication skills, a proactive work style, and high level of professional savvy. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
