Our private client is seeking a full-time Housekeeper. Town + Country Resources is a referral agency. The Housekeeper would be employed directly by the client and work in their home.

Job Date: 6/1/2026

Location: Cow Hollow in San Francisco, California

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with rare weekend availability requested.

Children: An infant; no childcare required.

Duties: Responsibilities include performing detailed, high-level housekeeping in a four-floor residence, with a strong understanding of the care required for a large, high-end home. The role involves proactively managing overall cleanliness, including laundry, surface care, and household organization, while consistently maintaining high standards by identifying and addressing tasks independently, such as deep cleaning and organizational projects without direction.

In addition, the position serves as the primary point of contact for vendors, including sourcing solutions for minor household issues and supervising contractors while on-site to ensure work is completed appropriately. The role also includes assisting with light, healthy meal preparation during the week and maintaining clear, consistent communication with the family via text or WhatsApp for day-to-day coordination.

This individual demonstrates strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. It is essential that the candidate clearly understands that housekeeping is the primary responsibility, while handling additional tasks with equal care and initiative.
