Position Summary
The Learning & Public Engagement Coordinator provides administrative, coordination, data analysis, and grant tracking support to ensure the department operates efficiently and remains aligned with strategic goals. This role collaborates closely with education, exhibits, and volunteer services teams while supporting communication across Garden departments.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma and 2+ years of relevant administrative experience with demonstrated acumen for business processes, utilizing MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneDrive or an equivalent combination there of.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in business administration or related field and 2+ years of relevant administrative experience with demonstrated acumen for business processes, utilizing MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
