Key / Daily Activities

• Scheduling and conducting Zoom or phone conversations
• Responding to online inquiries and client messages
• Engaging with professional contacts through social and digital platforms
• Attending virtual workshops, mentorship calls, and team development sessions
• Reviewing training materials and implementing strategies learned into daily workflow

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct introductory conversations with professional contacts to understand their personal and professional development goals
• Guide individuals through the company’s educational programs, digital resources, and onboarding process
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with contacts using phone, email, Zoom, and online platforms
• Manage daily outreach and engagement activities through professional networking and social media platforms
• Participate in weekly virtual training sessions focused on leadership, communication, and professional development
• Utilize company-provided systems, scripts, and digital tools to support engagement and organization
• Collaborate with professional contacts in a remote environment while maintaining independent accountability for tasks and goals
• Support new clients throughout their initial program experience to ensure a positive and professional onboarding process
• Track conversations, follow-up activities, and client interactions using established systems and processes
• Continuously develop leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills through ongoing mentorship and training opportunities
