Job Responsibilities:

• Lead installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Ensure all installations are completed to code and company standards
• Coordinate with customers, team members, and project managers on job progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Complete installation documentation accurately and timely

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Own set of HVAC installation tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour
