We are seeking a Lead Editor for an upcoming CG-animated feature film at Netflix Animation Studios.
As Lead Editor, you will partner closely with Directors, Producers, and key creative leadership, serving as the primary creative editorial force across all phases of the production—from storyboards and shot production through final comp. Your storytelling vision will help shape the film’s structure, pacing, performances, and tone; crafting a cohesive, cinematic, and emotionally resonant feature film designed to captivate audiences around the world on Netflix.
Leading a team of Editors and Assistant Editors, you will ensure clear, organized, and compelling visual storytelling across the entire editorial department and end-to-end production pipeline. You will collaborate extensively with Music, Sound Design, and Mix teams on temp and final tracks to elevate narrative impact, while consistently implementing feedback from stakeholders at every stage of production with clarity and candor. In this role, you will champion strong team communication, studio-wide alignment, and creative excellence.
