Job Summary
The Enhancements Foreman is responsible for overseeing and executing landscape enhancement projects, ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a crew while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a crew in the installation of landscape enhancements, including planting, mulching, hardscapes, and seasonal color changes.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
- Interpret landscape designs and plans, ensuring proper implementation.
- Train and mentor crew members in best practices and safety procedures.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including skid steers, trenchers, and hand tools.
- Monitor inventory and order necessary materials for each project.
- Communicate with clients and the Operations Manager regarding project progress and any issues.
- Enforce safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards are met.
- Complete daily reports on job progress, hours worked, and materials used.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape enhancements or a related field.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plant materials, irrigation, and hardscape installation.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
- Experience operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

Experience:
- Professional Landscaping: 2 years (Preferred)
- Professional Irrigation : 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Required)
