As we enter our 2.0 rebirth, we are building a brand that merges performance, artistry, and conscious commerce — creating body-safe, planet-positive apparel designed for heated practice and beyond.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Conscious Sales Partner to drive wholesale growth through meaningful relationship-building across wellness studios, specialty retail, and aligned community spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound outreach (~100 accounts weekly)

• Build relationships with studios, retailers, and wellness partners

• Manage full sales cycle (outreach → close)

• Present product virtually and in-person

• Track pipeline and report activity in CRM

• Support brand activations and events

Ideal Candidate

• Passion for wellness and movement

• Strong relationship builder

• Apparel or wholesale experience preferred

• Comfortable with outreach and closing

• Deep connection to heated practices

 — Hot yoga, hot Pilates, hot sculpt

 — Understands the female body in heat and movement

• Market awareness

 — Understands activewear and studio retail landscape

• Embodiment + brand alignment

 — Aligned with ONZIE ethos

 — Comfortable representing the brand physically and energetically

Role Structure

• Part-time to full-time

• Remote flexible

• Reports to Founder or Director of Sacred Partnerships

Compensation

• Base: $2,500–$3,500/month

• Commission: 5%–8%

• Override: +2–3% above targets
