Duties

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring correct food and beverage selections
• Prepare and serve high-quality breakfast items, beverages, and snacks following food safety standards and recipes
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without sacrificing quality

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in food service is highly desirable, especially within café or retail environments
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for sales and change
• Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and serving standards in the food industry
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk quickly between stations, and lift moderate loads when necessary
