Join The Junkluggers, where every day you help customers declutter responsibly while keeping reusable items out of landfills. We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused people who love a mix of sales, service, and physical work.

As a Lugger, you’ll work on a 2-person truck team to provide great service, present estimates, close sales, and safely remove items from homes and businesses. You’ll sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal, and make every customer experience outstanding.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong sales or customer service background
• Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
• Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license (required for drivers)
• Positive attitude and team mindset
