Executive Vice President, Strategy Full Time NEW

Position Summary

The Executive Vice President, Strategy is responsible for defining, coordinating, and driving the execution of the company’s corporate and business strategies. This role partners closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, ensuring alignment across the organization and delivering sustainable long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of corporate and business unit strategies
• Translate strategic objectives into executable initiatives, milestones, and performance metrics
• Drive enterprise-wide strategic programs, transformations, and priority initiatives
• Provide strategic insight and decision support to the CEO, Executive Committee, and Board
• Oversee strategic planning, annual business planning, and performance review processes
• Identify growth opportunities, new business models, and market entry strategies
• Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and post-merger integration from a strategic perspective
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic developments
• Ensure alignment between strategy, capital allocation, and operational execution
• Build and lead a high-performing strategy team and cross-functional task forces

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• 15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or senior management roles
• Proven track record leading enterprise-level strategy and transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
• Experience working directly with CEOs and Boards on strategic matters

Preferred Experience

• Background in top-tier management consulting or corporate strategy roles
• Experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., technology, energy, financial services, manufacturing]
• Exposure to M&A, investment strategy, or portfolio management
