Overview
A leading automotive company based in South Florida is seeking a Junior Software Developer (1–2+ years of experience required) to join its growing software development team. This role will support the development and maintenance of both customer-facing and internal applications in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Please note: This is a full-time, onsite position. Candidates must currently reside in South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County).

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications using Microsoft technologies
• Work within Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio environments
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in an agile development environment, contributing to team planning and execution
• Ensure applications meet current performance, security, and scalability standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues
• Stay current with modern development trends and best practices

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience developing web applications using the Microsoft stack (e.g., .NET, C#, ASP.NET)
• 1–2+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery or modern frameworks)
• Experience working with SQL Server and writing queries
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue is a plus
• Understanding of both front-end and back-end development concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation: $50,000-$57,000
